Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Director, Client Services, APAC to lead a high-performing team across Singapore and Australia, shaping regional client outcomes and driving growth. You’ll partner with regional and global leaders to scale operations, while ensuring compliant and effective service delivery for diverse APAC markets.

This role reports to the SVP, Global Client Services and offers leadership across multiple markets with a focus on retention, commercial growth, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, customer success, or account management.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing managers across APAC.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs and measurement.
• Fluency with DSP platforms and quick platform mastery.
• Strong knowledge of APAC digital advertising across Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China and SEA.
• Proven success leading regional client services teams through growth or change.
• Experience owning executive-level client relationships and renewals with Sales collaboration.
• Strong financial skills to manage regional budgets and allocate resources.
• Experience designing service models for scalable client support.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience using automation and AI to improve workflows.
• Passion for developing managers and fostering a positive culture.
• Understanding of APAC regulatory and data privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders to train, support, and develop teams.
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies with clients.
• Partner with regional Sales on account planning and renewals.
• Meet with client executives and speak at events to build partnerships.
• Streamline regional workflows and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Operations on data privacy and compliance.
• Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring local market feedback into product planning.
