Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a seasoned Director, Client Services, APAC to set strategic direction and scale a regional organization. You will lead leaders across APAC, partner with regional and global leaders, and drive retention, growth, and operational excellence for our fastest-growing region.

This role can be based in Singapore or Sydney, reporting to the SVP, Global Client Services. You’ll influence global strategy and own regional client relationships while aligning with Sales, Product, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, customer success, or account management within programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and building teams across diverse APAC markets.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, campaign strategy, optimisation, measurement, and client service models.
• Fluency with DSP platforms, or ability to build deep platform mastery quickly.
• Strong knowledge of the APAC digital advertising scene, with experience in Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China, SEA.
• Proven success leading regional client services teams through growth or organisational change.
• Proven experience owning executive-level client relationships and renewals.
• Strong financial skills to manage budgets and resources.
• Experience designing service models to scale client support.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage operational data for decisions.
• Experience using automation, AI, and technology to improve workflows.
• Passion for developing managers and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Understanding APAC data privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders to provide training, support, and resources for client outcomes.
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies to grow ad spend with StackAdapt.
• Partner with regional Sales on planning and renewals to win new business.
• Meet with client executives and speak at events to build trusted partnerships.
• Simplify regional workflows and track performance to prevent burnout.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Ops to navigate data privacy regulations across APAC.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to feed regional feedback into the product roadmap.
