Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Director of Client Services for APAC, based in Singapore or Sydney, reporting to the SVP Global Client Services. You will lead a cross-functional APAC team to deliver exceptional client outcomes, drive retention, and grow commercial value across the region.

You will collaborate with regional Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align regional strategy with global objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, customer success, or account management within programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and building teams across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders to build careers and deliver results for clients.
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies to grow ad spend.
• Partner with regional Sales on account planning and renewals to win new business.
• Meet client executives and speak at events to build trusted partnerships.
• Simplify regional workflows and track performance metrics to reduce burnout.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Ops to navigate data privacy regulations.
