Ambition Singapore is seeking a senior Derivatives Sales professional to expand the APAC buy-side and bank client base, accountable for annual targets and for promoting options and futures products to the local client base.

You will identify, engage, and maintain relationships with prospective clients, analyze client activity, and collaborate with the Global Derivatives Sales and Product teams to drive growth and strategy.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10+ years in derivatives sales, distribution, or business development.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with buy-side asset management, exchanges, or sell-side desks is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and data tools for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Expand APAC client coverage and meet annual targets.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain regular client contact to grow volume and revenue.
• Promote proprietary options and futures products to local clients.
• Work with clients to review derivatives activity and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with Global Derivatives Sales to target opportunities.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to test new product ideas and impact.
• Develop Asia-focused strategic plans for APAC expansion.
• Create Asia-specific presentations and market materials.
• Cross-sell products across market data, equities, and FX.
