Job summary

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. seeks an APAC Retail Sales Leader to drive growth of our derivatives and retail offerings across APAC from Singapore.

You will manage broker relationships, identify new access, and partner with Marketing, Education and Product to shape go-to-market programs. You will lead strategic growth, forecast pipelines, and close multi-stakeholder deals with brokers, neo-brokers, and fintech platforms, while representing Cboe at industry events and conferences in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in derivatives sales, distribution, or business development in finance/fintech.
• Proven track record selling to or partnering with retail brokers in APAC.
• Strong knowledge of listed derivatives and retail trading behavior.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC retail broker sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets for derivatives.
• Develop joint go-to-market plans with brokers (co-marketing, campaigns, promos).
• Lead investor education with brokers; webinars, events, platform integrations.
• Monitor APAC retail landscape and provide actionable insights for strategy.
