Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Director for APAC Derivatives Sales focused on expanding the buy-side and bank client base across Asia-Pacific. This hands-on role drives revenue growth by acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and supporting sales with market intelligence and targeted outreach.

Responsibilities include strategy development for APAC expansion, collaboration with product and marketing, and creating Asia-specific materials and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in derivatives sales, distribution, or business development within an exchange, broker, bank, or financial technology firm
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of working with senior management and teams on business development, team development, and operations
• Business development experience in at least one: an exchange, sell-side sales and trading desk, buy-side asset management, managing money or gathering assets
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
• Effectively bilingual English and Mandarin a plus
• Familiar with Salesforce, Sigma and BI reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Growth Expand APAC buy-side and bank client base with annual targets
• Client Coverage and Analysis Review derivatives activity and client needs; adjust programs accordingly
• Strategy and Product Development Develop strategic plan for APAC expansion and opportunities
• Marketing and Industry Engagement Create Asia-specific presentations and organize client events
• Cross-Selling Identify opportunities across organization including market data, equities, and FX
