Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a seasoned APAC sales leader to grow and develop our retail business across APAC. You will manage broker relationships, onboard new access, and shape go-to-market plans with marketing and product teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in derivatives sales, a strong APAC network, and a track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals. MAS familiarity is a plus, with fluency in regional languages a plus.

Qualifications

10+ years in derivatives sales, distribution, or BD in an exchange, broker, market maker, or fintech
Proven track record selling to or partnering with retail brokers or retail-focused trading platforms in APAC
Strong working knowledge of listed derivatives, particularly options, and retail trading behavior
Established network across APAC retail brokerage and fintech ecosystems (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Korea, India, SE Asia)
Understanding of retail derivatives regulatory distribution across APAC (MAS familiarity preferred)
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and close complex multi-stakeholder deals
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Multilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) a plus
Familiar with technology, data and systems - Salesforce, Sigma and BI reporting tools

Responsibilities

Commercial Growth: Own APAC retail broker sales strategy, pipeline and revenue targets for derivatives
Build relationships with retail brokers, neo-brokers, fintech platforms, including C-suite and product leads
Identify and win new broker access, onboarding and product-listing opportunities
Develop joint go-to-market plans with brokers, including co-marketing and campaigns
Act as regional voice of the customer for product, education and marketing feedback
Position derivatives products with focus on risk management and responsible use
Lead investor education initiatives with brokers and webinars/events
Monitor APAC retail trends to inform Retail strategy and product development
Represent Cboe at industry conferences, client events
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Education, Data and Legal on onboarding and launches
Ensure cross-border distribution compliance with APAC jurisdictions
Provide forecasting, pipeline reporting and account planning to senior management
