Job summary

Atlas NextWave seeks a senior development professional to lead APAC data centre development from Singapore. This hands-on role focuses on originating and progressing new opportunities across APAC, collaborating with landowners, utilities, customers and partners.

The successful candidate will have a track record of moving at least one major data centre project through development to a monetisation event and will help expand the company's APAC pipeline across Southeast and North Asia.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data centre development and origination.
• Proven track record moving opportunities through development to monetisation or exit.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management with senior-level relationships.
• Based in Singapore with full working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and development of data centre opportunities across APAC, starting with Southeast and North Asia.
• Identify and assess land, power, connectivity, and customer demand for development.
• Build relationships with landowners, utilities, authorities, operators, investors and partners.
• Drive development milestones from origination through feasibility, development and commercial structuring.
• Coordinate stakeholders to progress projects and evaluate risks across land, permitting, grid, and costs.
• Support partnerships, development agreements and customer arrangements.
• Work with senior management on prioritising APAC pipeline and monetisation as projects mature.
