Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Regional Due Diligence Director for APAC, based in Singapore. You will lead front-end development for data center opportunities from site identification to land acquisition, coordinating due diligence, risk assessment, and investment approvals across the region.

Collaboration with Leadership, Design, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance and Legal is essential. You will guide governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, and investment pathways to

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex development, infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects.
• Experience across APAC markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Australia, is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Investment Council process and present investment recommendations to executive leadership.
• Own front-end development activities from site identification through land acquisition and due diligence.
• Oversee early-stage development and due diligence, including site selection, feasibility, utility strategy, and permitting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and governance across the development lifecycle.
• Provide executive oversight and portfolio governance across APAC development pipeline with regular progress updates.
