Nscale seeks an experienced Senior Director, Development - APAC to lead front-end development and design across APAC data centre projects. Qualifications

• 10+ years in development or project leadership roles.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams across APAC.
• Deep understanding of site development, permitting, and design coordination.
• Fluency in English; other APAC languages are a plus.
