Job summary

Nscale seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager APAC to lead site enablement and capital works across our APAC data centre portfolio. You will manage construction works, contractors, EHS compliance, budgets, and governance reporting while coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients.

The role requires multi-country PMO experience, strong commercial acumen, and willingness to travel across APAC. You will standardize methodologies, drive KPIs, and ensure safety and quality across

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• PM certification (PMP/Prince2) is advantageous.
• 5–10+ years in Project Management for technical/infrastructure programs, APAC focus.
• Experience establishing and maturing PMO functions and governance frameworks.
• Strong contract administration and vendor management experience.
• Ability to travel within APAC (around 30%).
• Data Centre project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a PMO governance framework across Data Centre programs.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale APAC Data Centre projects.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and milestones to executives.
• Manage design consultants and construction contractors to meet time, budget, and quality.
