• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Explore new market segments and customer industries to expand cybersecurity business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity and IT operations solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to develop solution proposals and address customer needs.
• Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to support business growth.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
• Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations and business reports.
• Monitor sales pipelines, track business development activities and report on performance.
• Manage customer engagement throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact and opportunity development to negotiation and closure.
• Support the expansion of cybersecurity solutions across industries, including maritime, government, financial services, healthcare and energy.
