Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Director - Cybersecurity Alliances for APAC to lead alliance programs, grow partner-driven revenue, and shape GTM strategy across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Executive Head of Cybersecurity, APAC, you will build executive relationships with key OEM partners and drive multi-country opportunities in a high-impact role.

You will manage pipeline, forecast, and quarterly reviews while guiding joint business plans, co-innovation, and alliance solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 12–15 years in cybersecurity GTM roles.
• Degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or information security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, SABSA, GIAC are advantageous.
• Vendor security certifications from major vendors are beneficial.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation and with diverse teams.
• Strong written communication, whiteboarding and writing skills.
• Proven experience driving revenue growth and regional business development.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cybersecurity alliance programs and growth plans aligned with GTM strategy across APAC.
• Lead regional pipeline development, qualification, forecasting, and acceleration with OEM partners.
• Build executive relationships with key cybersecurity OEM partners.
• Drive joint business plans, investments and co-innovation with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage alliance-related pipeline, backlog, forecasts and bookings for predictable performance.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and growth planning with security OEMs and partners.
• Drive partner-funded programs, rebates, and joint pipeline creation for revenue growth.
• Maintain regional alliance solution blueprints, executive presentations and competitive assets.
• Support strategic bids, large pursuits and client workshops across APAC.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability for success in cybersecurity practice.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients on cybersecurity domain and share knowledge across APAC.
• Represent the organization in executive partner meetings and industry forums.
• Build market awareness through thought leadership and customer success stories.
