Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Director - Cybersecurity Alliances for Asia Pacific to lead alliance programs, shape the GTM strategy, and drive regional sales growth. You will build executive relationships with key OEM partners and guide joint business plans with regional stakeholders.

You should have 12–15 years in cybersecurity GTM roles, with strong leadership in sales, forecasting, and partnerships, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires 12–15 years in cybersecurity GTM roles.
• Degree or equivalent with domain relevancy including CS/Engineering/InfoSec.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC are advantageous.
• Vendor security certifications from major providers are beneficial.
• Proven success leading cybersecurity solution sales and advisory programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cybersecurity alliance programs aligned with GTM strategy across APAC.
• Lead regional pipeline development, qualification, forecasting, and sales acceleration.
• Build executive-level relationships with key cybersecurity OEM partners.
• Drive joint business plans and co-innovation with strategic vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage alliance-related pipeline, backlog, forecasts and bookings for predictable performance.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and growth planning with security OEMs and partners.
• Drive partner-funded programs, rebates, and joint pipeline creation.
• Support alliance solution/service blueprints and executive presentations.
• Represent the organization in executive partner meetings and industry forums.
