Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Experience managing import/export activities in APAC region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients and maintain long-term relationships in APAC.
• Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details.
• Engage in inbound and outbound operational activities.
• Escalate and report deliverables and input data.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory review and stocking.
• Define and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner.
• Support regional service delivery projects.
