ICEYE is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist to manage the end-to-end APAC order-to-delivery process for SAR imagery. You will collaborate with satellite operations, analytics, and product teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and superior customer experiences.

The role requires proven experience in customer excellence or account management, strong analytical skills, and a background in geography/remote sensing/aerospace, with excellent English communication and multi-language

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in customer excellence or account management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or practical experience in geography, remote sensing, or aerospace domains.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the entire order process, from submission to delivery of the final product.
• Plan satellite resources for capturing SAR images and perform quality control.
• Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address issues.
• Contribute to process improvement and report KPIs to management.
• Maintain knowledge of ICEYE products and services to support customers.
• Serve as the point of contact for APAC governmental and commercial contracts and communicate results.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and monitor progress.
• Coordinate service training for internal and external customers and monitor order progress.
• Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators.
