Job summary

Planet is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Defense & Intelligence, a full-time remote role based in Singapore. You will manage strategic military/government relationships across Asia, driving value, retention and growth, while helping customers integrate Planet imagery into their workflows.

Ideal candidates have experience with government procurement, strong Mandarin and English, and a solid GIS background. Travel is required as needed; remote collaboration with a global team is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with Defence Forces or National Government agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a relevant field.
• Excellent Mandarin and professional English.
• Solid grasp of GIS/remote sensing or satellite imagery.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with military and governmental agencies across Asia.
• Help customers integrate Planet data into geospatial workflows.
• Navigate interagency structures to drive platform adoption.
• Own renewal process and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product/Sales/Engineering to reflect regional requirements.
