Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of sales management experience in telecommunications/telecom solutions.
• Proven track record selling to Mobile Network Operators.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the APAC Fixed Data sales team to achieve revenue and product plans.
• Analyze SES's position in Mobile Networks and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to product and distribution strategy to differentiate SES offerings.
• Drive revenue retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationships.
• Coordinate with regional teams and travel to client sites as required.
