Job summary

McCANN Singapore is seeking a CRM/Account Management professional to lead APAC CRM programmes. You will act as the main client contact for planning, deployment, and reporting, working with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and always-on journeys.

Responsibilities include WIP leadership, briefing, timeline management, and collaboration with data engineers and vendors to resolve issues and shape new briefs. Based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRM, account management or project management experience at an agency or in-house CRM team.
• Hands-on experience running always-on and campaign-driven CRM programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): data extensions, journeys, audience building, email production and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Eloqua preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiar with multi-market needs and complexities within a regional (APAC) set-up.

Responsibilities

• Main day-to-day client contact for a key client managing their APAC CRM programme.
• Direct and primary point of contact for planning, orchestration, production and deployment of CRM projects.
• Lead client WIPs: set agendas, run sessions, capture actions and follow-up.
• Triaging new client requests and translating them into briefs for the right team.
• Coordinate internal team day-to-day: timelines, resource bookings, estimates and QC rounds.
• Own estimation and timeline planning for new requests and keep client informed on status and risks.
• Support monthly/quarterly performance reports with data and strategy teams.
