Job summary

Nicoll Curtin, a global technology organization, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead creator-led marketing programmes across Asia-Pacific from brief to delivery. The role is a 12-month contract based in Singapore, with potential extension or conversion depending on business needs.

You will coordinate agency partners, translate briefs into workplans, track content batches and deadlines, review content for quality and cultural relevance, and collaborate with regional and global

Qualifications

• Must have strong programme or project management experience across marketing operations or content operations.
• Deep understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem and how to assess content quality.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and review cycles with external partners.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear feedback ability.
• Fluency in at least one additional Asia-Pacific language.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator-led marketing programmes across Asia-Pacific from brief intake through final delivery.
• Translate briefs into agency workplans, timelines and deliverables.
• Track content batches, approvals, deadlines, risks and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate agency partners responsible for identifying creators and producing content.
• Review creator shortlists, localized briefs and content against criteria.
• Provide approval, rejection or revision feedback to partners.
