Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant communications experience; agency experience is an advantage.
• Financial, professional services or ESG experience would be an advantage.
• Strong client servicing and account management skills.
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker.
• Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of client programmes and account teams.
• Manage day-to-day client servicing, reporting and progress meetings.
• Develop new business proposals and contribute to marketing initiatives for leads.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the team.
• Shape research, insights and planning for strategy development.
• Network with media and industry contacts to expand opportunities.
