You will translate complex priorities into clear, compelling B2B stories, working with senior leaders and across multiple channels to shape Mastercard’s narrative. This role spans internal and external audiences, requiring strong writing, business curiosity and proactive ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong background in corporate, B2B or integrated communications.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives.
• Proven success working with senior leaders, shaping executive messaging and thought leadership.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to move work forward without detailed direction.
• Comfortable navigating a matrixed, global environment and building strong relationships.
• Strategic and hands-on, from opportunity identification to execution.
• Deep understanding of earned, owned, social and internal channels and their impact on audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive communications priorities across Asia Pacific and identify opportunities to strengthen leadership stories.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear communications strategies and narratives.
• Develop and deliver high-quality B2B storytelling that showcases Mastercard’s products and priorities.
• Shape and create executive communications, ensuring messaging, tone and audience alignment.
• Identify the right mix of channels to maximize relevance and impact of priority stories.
• Lead initiatives from concept through execution while coordinating with agencies and partners.
• Connect global, regional and market teams to align local activity with Asia Pacific narratives.
