Monks is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to lead APAC editorial, thought leadership, events and awards across Asia Pacific. You will translate business priorities into compelling narratives, manage a cross-functional team, and collaborate with regional leaders, global marketing teams and external partners.

You will own the regional communications calendar, drive executive communications, and ensure alignment with Monks' global positioning while reflecting local market

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years in marketing communications, agency PR, or integrated marketing.
• Exceptional English writing, editing and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of advertising, marketing, media and technology with AI interest.
• Proven experience developing executive thought leadership, press releases and case studies.
• Established relationships with regional media and experience in events and multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Lead APAC editorial, communications, events and awards calendars.
• Directly manage the Event Specialist and oversee regional marketing events.
• Develop high-quality thought leadership and editorial content for APAC markets.
• Drive media relations, executive communications and industry engagement.
