We're seeking a Commercial Offer & Promotions Business Planning Manager to shape the future roadmap of Apple Retail across APAC. This role will lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns, offers, and commercial programs, driving alignment across cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in exploring new initiatives, refining program and offer strategies, and supporting business performance through data-driven insights and market analysis. A strong communicator and strategic thinker, you'll help elevate the Retail commercial impact, strategic approach and storytelling.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of commercial offers and promotions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across APAC and Worldwide. You will combine deep analytical acumen with creative problem solving to shape retail strategies, identify new opportunities, and elevate how Apple shows up across markets.
Strategize. Develop and execute detailed campaign, promo, and offer plans that align to Retail's strategic roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.
Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Market teams to interpret data, track performance, and identify growth opportunities by country and segment.
Conduct market analysis to assess competitive pricing, product trends, and consumer behavior, translating insights into actionable commercial recommendations and business case.
Drive alignment across cross-functional and leadership teams, ensuring programs are delivered with precision, creativity, and excellence.
