oliver healthcare packaging asia pte. ltd. seeks a Commercial Director to lead the APAC Sales & Sales Operations, onboarding and coaching a team to achieve year-over-year growth and strong net-promoter scores across Asia-Pacific markets.

The role can be based in Singapore or Malaysia, collaborating with US, Europe, China and regional leaders to grow our customer base while enhancing service levels and ensuring compliant, strategic execution.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales management.
Experience in Medical Healthcare packaging.

Responsibilities

Achieve year-over-year profitable sales growth by building a high-performance sales team.
Collaborate with US and EMEA to optimize global growth opportunities.
Develop strategies and plans for new territories.
Monitor sales performance with metrics, reports and communication.
Ensure adherence to Berwind Code of Conduct.
Plan and implement clear goals and incentive plans for territories.
Provide ongoing training in selling skills, product knowledge, and financial literacy.
Own development and forecast updates for the region.
Develop plans for profitable growth, pricing, and key account management.
Assist in annual marketing plan development and forecasting.
Ensure contracts are vetted to minimize risk while protecting customer relationships.
Work with internal teams to speed service and prioritize customer needs.
