PROCTER & GAMBLE INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS SA SINGAPORE BRANCH in Singapore seeks a Sales Market Strategy and Planning Director to lead regional plans, grow long-term customer partnerships, and craft plans that deliver value to shoppers, customers and the company. You will develop commercial and go-to-market strategies, collaborate with APAC teams, and oversee capability development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field; 2–3 years experience in healthcare or consumer health is listed in the role requirements.
Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term vision and execution.
Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across global, regional, and market teams.
Knowledge of learning and talent development, including digital platforms and AI-enabled learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop commercial plans, go-to-market and sales fundamental strategies for the Sales team.
Lead deployment of regional strategies, priorities, and master plans.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and understand shopper needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen commercial excellence across markets.
Design learning journeys and proficiency pathways to support development across career stages.
