Job summary

DSV - APAC Air & Sea is seeking a Director, Commercial Excellence to lead the regional agenda and accelerate profitable growth across APAC. Reporting to the CCO, APAC Air & Sea, you will oversee three pillars and build a high-performing Commercial Excellence team.

You will collaborate with sales leadership to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen commercial execution and deliver strategic initiatives that support DSV's growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations.
• Advanced CRM, Power BI, analytics, and data visualization capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Performance via CPR, POM and Return on Sales.
• Own the Sales Operating Model with CRM discipline and pipeline quality.
• Deliver strategic initiatives and establish performance tracking.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Commercial Excellence organisation.
