Job summary

DSV APAC Contract Logistics seeks a data-driven leader to turn insights into action, shaping commercial decisions and delivering measurable business results across the APAC region.

You will work with sales leadership to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen execution, and drive strategic initiatives that support DSV's growth ambitions. Reporting to the CCO, APAC Contract Logistics, you will influence senior stakeholders through data, analytics, and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of Contract Logistics.
• Demonstrated success leading regional, cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced CRM, Power BI, analytics, and data visualisation capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of commercial drivers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across APAC.

Reporting to the CCO, APAC Contract Logistics, you will lead three pillars:

• Drive Commercial Performance


• Own the Sales Operating Model


• Deliver Strategic Initiatives

This role is about turning data into action, influencing commercial decisions, and driving measurable business results.

You will work closely with sales leadership teams to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen commercial execution, enhance customer experience, and deliver strategic initiatives that support DSV's growth ambitions.
