Job summary

MAYBANK SINGAPORE LIMITED is seeking a local technical lead to own the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM for Singapore's infrastructure, applications and cloud estate. You will ensure accurate representation within the Group ServiceNow platform and drive discovery, mapping and governance initiatives.

Collaborating with Group architects and stakeholders, you will localise CMDB/CSDM models, build service maps and ensure audit-ready CMDB integrity while integrating local platforms and asset repositories.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Operations Management, CMDB engineering, IT Asset Management or ServiceNow ITOM delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• CI data quality, reconciliation and configuration management.
• Experience with infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python or JavaScript is advantageous.
• ServiceNow and ITIL certifications will be highly regarded.
