Job summary

Leaseweb, a leading cloud hosting provider, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and assist the sales team to achieve revenue targets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and drive opportunities through the sales cycle with strong communication and a proactive approach.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to deliver an excellent customer experience across APAC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years in inside sales or related roles in tech/cloud.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, datacenter, hosting, or managed services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset, fluent English.

Responsibilities

• First line of contact for all incoming sales calls, chats and emails.
• Closes sales and achieves quarterly quotas.
• Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager or Business Development executives for development and closure.
• Provides daily administrative sales support to Account Managers and their customers.
• Responsible for preparing quotations for customers.
