Job summary

Monex in Singapore seeks an experienced FX Sales professional to manage key client relationships and prospect new accounts across Asia Pacific. You will coordinate with the Dealing Team, comply with regulatory guidelines, and promote FX products including Spot, Forwards and Options.

You will drive new business opportunities through high-volume outreach, networking, and market research, delivering fair outcomes for clients and the firm while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within financial services or FX.
• Strong ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound sales calls and identify new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present and promote FX products to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies.
• Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting FX.
• Provide regular sales reports and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
• Ensure compliant and ethical client onboarding and research.
• Meet sales targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
