Job summary

T. Rowe Price Singapore Private Ltd. invites a senior Client Account Services professional to lead APAC client service outcomes across institutional and intermediary relationships.

You will own end-to-end servicing, manage complex issues, and drive improvements across governance, workflow adoption and regional initiatives. You will partner with regional and global leads to design solutions, ensure disciplined service routines, and deliver on a day-2 improvement roadmap across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in client service, account management, operations, or enablement in asset management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of APAC institutional and intermediary client segments and operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Strong PM, change-adoption, workflow and operating-model execution.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical solutions and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates.
• Strong judgment and risk awareness across time zones, functions and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end servicing outcomes for APAC institutional and intermediary clients.
• Act as a senior service owner and escalation point for complex client issues.
• Champion a client-centric service culture by identifying themes and driving improvements.
• Support onboarding, funding, servicing, change events and transitions.
• Coordinate servicing activities across legal docs, guidelines, SLAs, data delivery and operations queries.
• Lead or support client meetings, due diligence, RFIs/RFPs and senior discussions.
• Maintain disciplined service routines: KPIs, SLA monitoring, trend analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure clear communication of risks and changes to clients and stakeholders.
• Act as enablement representative for initiatives, including project planning and adoption tracking.
• Develop workflow diagrams, governance plans, status updates and management reporting.
• Partner with global/regional leads to design solutions and support implementation.
• Support regional implementation of workflow standards and Appian adoption.
• Deliver day-2 improvements roadmap and governance across APAC.
