Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client onboarding, implementation, client service or operations within financial services or payments-related environments.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese to engage effectively with China-based clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and service-readiness engagements for multiple clients.
• Coordinate testing, due diligence, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Scope solutions with clients and internal partners; provide clear status updates and next steps.
• Translate business and operational needs into actionable plans for cross-functional delivery teams.
• Identify risks, surface issues early, and drive timely resolution with remediation plans.
• Coordinate across sales, product, client service, implementations, operations, and technology partners to align scope and execution.
• Build and maintain delivery governance with milestones, dependencies, and decisions.
• Improve onboarding and readiness processes, templates, and working practices based on lessons learned.
