Job summary

T. Rowe Price Singapore seeks an experienced Business Manager to support day-to-day operations, governance and execution of APAC Distribution priorities.

You will host cross-functional coordination with the Regional Head of Distribution and General Manager to drive strategic initiatives and optimize sales effectiveness across APAC. You will synthesize complex information into concise messages, partner with leadership to improve operational effectiveness, and drive scalable growth while

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance or similar.
• 8+ years asset management experience, incl. 3–5 years in a sales-related function with AM products and vehicles.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written; ability to lead and facilitate discussions.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision; results-driven with attention to detail and integrity.
• Strong analytical and strategic acumen; able to interpret drivers and justify actions.
• Experience leading projects through life cycle: scope, SMEs, execution and outcomes.
• Strong relationship management across a matrix organization.
• Team player; able to pivot between high-level strategy and daily execution; proficient in MS products, Salesforce and Tableau; skilled at Prompt Engineering and creating AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager, APAC Distribution, to define, communicate and execute regional objectives.
• Translate strategy into detailed execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Advise senior leaders on solutions to address business challenges and drive execution of initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality business analysis, presentations and insights for leadership decisions.
• Support planning activities including budgeting, resource planning and KPI tracking.
• Lead assurance reviews and escalation activities ensuring timely responses to key clients.
• Act as central escalation point for front-line sales and specialist functions.
• Support governance, forums and change initiatives; represent distribution to Audit, Risk, Legal, Compliance.
• Develop business cases and financial models for strategic decisions; lead initiatives through new approval processes.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, remove barriers, ensure timely delivery; represent APAC needs in regional/global initiatives.
• Champion AI-enabled tools and innovative practices; design/deploy AI-driven solutions to automate workflows.
• Lead internal communications (year-end notes, town halls, leader updates) and training programs; partner with sales, partnerships and investments to educate clients.
