in Singapore seeks a Training and Performance Director APAC to lead the development and delivery of operational training, systems capability and performance improvement across the region. You will partner with Operations, IT, Compliance and HR to standardise practices, drive system adoption (including Power BI reporting), and build scalable training frameworks across multiple countries.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Training & Development or equivalent.
Significant experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
Experience leading systems rollouts and training across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC operational training strategy and governance aligned with regional priorities.
Train employees on operating systems, applications and internal processes.
Drive adoption of new systems, tools and processes across APAC.
Develop frameworks to assess proficiency and training effectiveness.
Collaborate with IT, Compliance, HR and Operations to ensure readiness for go-lives.
Measure impact of training and performance initiatives with KPIs.
