Job summary

CRANE WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Training & Performance Director for APAC to lead regional training strategy, systems rollout and performance improvement initiatives. This role partners with Operations, IT and HR to improve adoption and KPI-driven decision making.

The candidate will drive governance, develop scalable training solutions, and deliver Power BI training to enhance reporting and operational insights across APAC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Training & Development or related field.
• Significant freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience leading training, systems implementation, process improvement or performance management.
• Regional or multi-country APAC experience preferred.
• Experience leading systems/process rollouts across multiple locations.
• Ability to work across Operations, Commercial, Technology and other teams.
• Experience leading change and driving adoption across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC operational training strategy and governance across the region.
• Establish consistent training standards, methodologies and governance across APAC.
• Identify regional capability gaps and develop targeted training and performance improvement programmes.
• Create frameworks for assessing employee proficiency and measuring training effectiveness.
• Monitor training compliance, completion and effectiveness across countries and functions.
• Train employees on company operating systems, applications and internal processes and ensure proficiency sign-off.
• Develop and coordinate training for system enhancements and new modules.
• Provide training on Power BI and reporting tools to improve KPI management.
• Drive adoption of new systems and processes across APAC.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to translate system functionality into practical workflows.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer during implementations.
