Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Testing Manager to join our APAC Contract Logistics Transformation team, leading testing across enterprise systems and standardising processes regionally. You will coordinate SIT, UAT, validation, and release readiness across multiple locations with travel across APAC.

Singapore preferred, Australia or Malaysia considered. A strong background in testing governance, WMS/OMS integrations, and stakeholder management will help you drive

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end testing for complex enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of system integration testing and release readiness.
• Experience with WMS/OMS or other enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate testing across multiple locations in a regional/global context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional testing strategies, governance frameworks, and entry/exit criteria.
• Lead end-to-end testing including SIT/UAT and validation of processes and interfaces.
• Establish consistent testing methodologies, test cases, and documentation for multiple locations.
• Coordinate testing schedules, resources, and dependencies with global/regional teams.
• Oversee defect management, prioritisation, and reporting.
• Monitor progress, quality metrics, and sign-offs for deployment readiness.
• Promote use of testing tools (JIRA, XRAY) and opportunities for automation.
• Guide local testing resources and ensure knowledge transfer across projects.
