Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks a Senior Bid Manager to lead strategic and tactical bid activities for CRE sales across Asia Pacific, partnering with sales directors and regional bid teams to win new business and renew key clients.

You will manage high-value RFPs, craft compelling proposals and presentations, and coach teams, helping to establish a regional bid Centre of Excellence by sharing best practices and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, sales enablement, or business development support.
• Proven experience managing complex RFPs, proposals, and client presentations from inception through submission and presentation.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling value propositions.
• Experience within Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Professional Services, or a B2B solutions environment is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical support to the CRE Sales efforts for new business, renewals and strategically important clients.
• Support the Head of Bids in establishing a Centre of Excellence for CRE pursuit activity in region by helping win new opportunities and retaining existing business.
• Learn and be well-versed with key real estate trends across all major markets in Asia Pacific and manage pitches from initial engagement through final presentation.
