Qualifications

• Degree level education or higher preferred.
• Strong bid writing and editing skills essential.
• Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support bid processes from RFI/RFP initiation to submission.
• Coordinate bid trackers, responsibility matrices and content development.
• Draft bespoke bid responses and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with BDMs, Bid Manager and BU staff to meet deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality, well-edited bid documents.
