Job summary

Motive Offshore Group Ltd is seeking an APAC Commercial Executive in Singapore to develop, coordinate and submit technical and commercial proposals across the APAC region. You will support the sales process with tender responses, quotations and documentation, coordinating inputs from leaders and teams to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.

You will maintain Salesforce records, assist with commercial reporting and pipeline management, and help transition contracts to project execution

Qualifications

• Technical, engineering or commercial experience within offshore, subsea, energy, marine or related industries.
• Experience preparing tenders, bids, quotations or technical proposals.
• Experience supporting sales pipelines, opportunity management and commercial reporting activities.
• Experience coordinating customer tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of cost estimating, pricing and commercial requirements.
• Mandarin language familiarity would be an advantage.
• Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach.
• Good presentation skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Commercially aware, proactive and solutions oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Willingness and ability to undertake occasional travel within the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Adopting and coordinating inputs from business leaders, sales managers and technical teams to deliver proposals.
• Maintain opportunity and customer information within Salesforce and other systems.
• Support commercial reporting, pipeline reviews and bid tracking.
• Provide project coordination support following contract award to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
• Interact with customers to discuss requirements, respond to queries and provide technical support during proposals.
