Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Assistant Bid Manager to support the Bid Manager, Sales Director and sales teams across the opportunity lifecycle, from early identification through to RFI/RFP stages. You will help craft client-focused proposals, coordinate content, and ensure timely delivery with high quality writing and compelling win themes.

The role emphasizes developing bid writing skills, coordinating with BDMs and BUSCs, and delivering differentiated responses that win new business.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management or sales environment.
• Proven bid writing and proposal management.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support bid management across BU and RFI/RFP stages.
• Assist with preparation of materials for client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate bid process with BDMs and Bid Manager to develop win themes.
• Write bespoke bid responses and executive summaries.
• Check and challenge content to articulate differentiation and win themes.
• Ensure final documents are of high quality through editing and proofreading.
