Job summary

AECOM Singapore invites an experienced Bids & Proposals professional to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary bid efforts, balancing technical and commercial inputs to create winning proposals. You will prepare governance documentation, coordinate pricing, and present proposals to clients, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and internal risk directives.

Qualifications

• Diploma with at least 4 years' bid & proposals experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and client support skills.
• Ability to build relationships using diplomacy and tact.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and commercial components for multidisciplinary bids.
• Prepare governance docs, winning proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate proposal components, governance, pricing and presentations.
• Communicate clearly and present information effectively.
• Ensure RFP requirements and inputs from technical leads are incorporated.
• Coordinate with End Markets and Regions to address RFP scope and ensure costs are accurate.
• Obtain sub-consultant quotes and negotiate terms per contract.
• Prepare compelling proposals with win themes based on client needs.
• Collaborate with ME Work Winning Team on strategic pursuits.
• Verify compliance with southeast Asia risk directives in final bid documents.
