Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English to engage with Japan market and English-speaking regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• HR benefits administration experience in high-volume environment advantageous.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in Benefits Administration; standardize processes and ensure data integrity.
• Manage benefits operations projects including new programs and automation.
• Support LOA administration and maintain records across HR platforms.
• Identify automation opportunities with HRIS team and vendors to improve accuracy.
• Manage benefits vendors, including billing and SLA-based evaluation.
