APAC HR Operations Specialist

Job summary

Hikrobot, a global leader in machine vision and AMR solutions, seeks an HR Specialist to stabilise regional HR operations across Singapore and APAC. You will handle onboarding, payroll coordination, work passes, and benefits while aligning processes with global HR stakeholders.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in HR Operations, experience across multiple APAC markets, and strong English and Mandarin communication skills. This is a fast-growing, international role with regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience in an MNC or regional organization.
• Experience supporting HR operations across at least 2–3 APAC countries.
• Hands-on payroll coordination, work pass/immigration administration, and vendor management experience.
• Experience with employment contract management and local compliance; familiarity with direct employment and EOR models is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to manage priorities independently.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Regional HR Operations: Manage end-to-end lifecycle operations in Singapore and APAC markets, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Employment Compliance & Contract Management: Explore local arrangements, manage contracts lifecycle, monitor regulatory changes, and standardize regional SOPs.
• HR Shared Services project support: Develop scalable operating models and support HR projects and entity setups.
• Recruitment & HR project support: Provide recruitment coordination across Singapore and APAC regions as required.
