Job summary

Bank of America Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead analytics and benefits delivery across APAC. You will work with C&B teams and vendors to design, deliver, and optimize compensation programs for multiple countries.

The role requires 8–15 years in HR with strong analytical and consulting skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of HR experience with strong analytics background.
• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills; able to engage HR and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills with pivot tables and data interpretation.
• Must be detail oriented and a logical thinker.
• Ability to manage high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supports regional / country benefits projects within APAC.
• Responsible for benefits delivery for assigned programs/countries including China.
• Collaborate in benefits design to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Manage queries and escalations related to benefits delivery.
• Review and streamline benefits processes; prepare standard and ad-hoc reports.
