Job summary

DKA Aerospace Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the APAC aerospace market. You will lead market research, shape strategic sales plans, and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

In this role, you will build strong airline and leasing company relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and target underserved markets across the APAC region. A MBA and 5+ years in aerospace sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in the aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated success in the APAC region is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of airline procurement processes and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends in the APAC aerospace industry.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (airlines, operators, leasing companies).
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in underserved markets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and industry awareness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
