Job summary

AlphaSense Oy seeks a Manager, COSE - Enablement to own Analyst onboarding across APAC from Singapore. You will run live trainings, coach new hires, and coordinate cohort progression while partnering with regional leaders to align enablement priorities.

You will design curricula, identify gaps, and drive quarterly enablement initiatives, ensuring scalable learning resources and strong SLA adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in learning & development, sales enablement, operations enablement, training, program management, or a related field within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and continuously improving onboarding or enablement programs.
• Strong ability to influence leaders, partner cross-functionally, and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Confident leading instructor-led training, workshops, coaching sessions, and group learning experiences.
• Able to identify business needs, translate them into learning solutions, and prioritize initiatives independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and onboarding cohorts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding programs for Singapore-based Analysts, including live training sessions and cohort management.
• Serve as the primary real-time coaching resource during APAC business hours.
• Manage Analyst ramp progression and flag performance concerns with interventions.
• Design and iterate onboarding curricula and enablement frameworks for the APAC Analyst organization.
• Identify regional performance gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
• Drive at least one strategic enablement initiative per quarter.
