Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to streamline the onboarding experience for new hires across the APAC region, including Singapore, India, Australia. You will coordinate communications with new employees and hiring managers, manage onboarding schedules, and support in-person onboarding activities.

You will partner with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, HRBPs, and People teams to resolve issues, align regional processes with global standards, and maintain onboarding resources across Notion

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in HR, People Ops, or related field.
• Experience coordinating onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with visa processes and travel logistics.
• Strong calendar management and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APAC onboarding communications and sessions.
• Manage Day 1 orientations, IT onboarding, and culture sessions.
• Maintain onboarding resources and Notion/OpenHouse pages.
• Collaborate with Workplace, Facilities, IT, Recruiting, and HRBP teams.
• Support regional offices in Singapore, India, Australia.
