Job summary

AlphaSense in Singapore seeks a Manager, COSE – Enablement to own APAC Analyst onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives during a high-growth period. This role focuses on delivering live coaching, ramp progression, and scalable enablement resources to support Singapore-based Analysts.

You will design curricula, partner with regional leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with EMEA and US counterparts to ensure consistency across regions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in learning & development, sales enablement, operations enablement, or related field.
• Proven ability to design and improve onboarding or enablement programs.
• Strong influencing skills and cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and onboarding cohorts for APAC Analysts in Singapore.
• Design, build, and iterate onboarding curricula and enablement frameworks for APAC.
• Partner with APAC leadership and global enablement teams to ensure program consistency.
• Deliver ongoing learning programs and create scalable resources (playbooks, guides, recordings).
• Own APAC enablement support and ensure timely responses within SLA.
