Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Manager, Expert Insights to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence in our expert call services. You will coach leaders, shape staffing strategy, and partner across functions to meet aggressive growth targets and customer engagement goals.

You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, ensure scalable processes, and maintain exceptional service delivery while forging strong cross-functional partnerships to propel business

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive operational experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience building and guiding high-performing teams (10+ members).
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into scalable operational strategies.
• High proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Expert Insights team to meet ambitious growth and engagement KPIs.
• Drive governance, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence.
• Develop retention and growth strategies for key customer accounts with cross-functional partners.
